Scope and operator

Brillex Inc. operates InklyAI.io, Inkly AI, and Inkly Agency. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and explains the browser storage, measurement, and advertising tools used on our public websites and landing pages.

Essential site functions remain available when you reject optional tools.

Essential storage

We use limited first-party storage needed for security, form behavior, privacy preferences, session continuity, and abuse prevention. It is not used to build an advertising profile.

Optional analytics and advertising

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may measure site use when Analytics is allowed. Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel may measure campaign and lead performance when Advertising is allowed. These tools remain off before the applicable choice on Inkly landing pages.

• Page-view and successful-lead events may be measured after consent
• A consultation request or Cal.com booking is never reported as a purchase
• Form names, email addresses, phone numbers, briefs, specialties, and patient information are not placed in advertising-event payloads
• Cal.com loads only after an intentional booking click

Your controls

Use Privacy choices in any landing-page footer to accept, reject, or separately control Analytics and Advertising. A recognized Global Privacy Control signal keeps targeted-advertising processing off where applicable.

• Rejecting optional tools does not block forms or essential site functions
• You may clear browser storage or change your choice at any time
• Browser and provider settings may provide additional controls

Provider information

Learn how Google processes information received from sites using its services at Google Business Data Responsibility. Meta, Microsoft, Cal.com, and other providers publish their own privacy terms and controls.

We do not send patient-identifying information or manuscript content to advertising providers. Do not include protected health information in a landing-page form.
