Data security
How we protect it
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, tenant isolation, encryption in transit, protected storage, monitoring, and incident-response procedures. Access to LinkedIn credentials and member data is limited to authorized systems and personnel with a business need.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
06
Data retention
How long we keep it
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. We then delete or de-identify it.
- Account, workspace, and customer content: while your account is active, then deleted or de-identified within 30 days after a verified deletion request, subject to legal exceptions
- LinkedIn-imported data and identifiers: while connected and needed for the authorized feature; deleted promptly after disconnection, account closure, or a verified deletion request
- LinkedIn OAuth tokens: until revoked, expired, disconnected, or the account is closed, then promptly deleted
- Support and transaction records: generally up to 7 years where needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations
- Security and diagnostic logs: generally up to 90 days, unless needed longer to investigate a security incident
- Backups: removed through our rolling backup cycle, generally within 90 days, and isolated from ordinary use until expiry
