Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Consultations and free requests

No payment is taken when you submit a landing-page form, request an assessment or sample, or book an initial strategy call. You may cancel or decline that inquiry without charge.

When a paid engagement begins

A paid publishing, writing, design, content-system, or platform engagement begins only after the parties accept the applicable proposal, order, statement of work, subscription terms, or service agreement. Review that document before paying.

• The accepted document identifies scope and deliverables
• It identifies payment stages and any third-party costs
• It identifies cancellation, revision, pause, and refund conditions
• It controls if it conflicts with general website copy

Eligibility for a refund

You may request a refund for a paid book project in the circumstances below.

• A duplicate payment was made because of a processing error
• Inkly fails to meet specific project requirements agreed in writing
• Inkly is unable to complete the book order within the agreed delivery timeline

Refund request window

After receiving the initial book draft, you must submit any refund request within five (5) days. If we do not receive a request within that period, we will treat the initial draft as accepted for refund purposes. Revisions may still remain available under your service agreement.

Refund amounts

Eligible refunds are based on when Inkly receives the request. The applicable refund amount below is then reduced by a 10% processing fee.

• Before delivery of the initial draft: 100% refund, minus the 10% processing fee
• Within 48 hours after delivery of the initial draft: 66% refund, minus the 10% processing fee
• More than 48 hours and up to 120 hours after delivery: 33% refund, minus the 10% processing fee
• More than 120 hours after delivery: no refund; eligible revisions may still be requested under the service agreement

Custom, staged, and third-party work

Book and content services may involve reserved capacity, interviews, research, editorial work, design, production, and third-party fees. Unless the service agreement states otherwise, third-party platform, printing, distribution, transaction, or other committed costs may be non-refundable once incurred.

Cancellation requests

Send a cancellation request to hello@inklyai.io from the email associated with the project. We will confirm the request, identify completed and committed work, and apply the written agreement and any mandatory consumer protections.

• Do not cancel a card payment merely to change scope or delivery instructions
• Platform subscriptions may also expose account-level cancellation controls
• Third-party platform, printing, distribution, or transaction fees may be non-refundable once incurred

Disputes and statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to waive. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly with the project and transaction details so we can investigate.
